Icing's, hand made sprinkles, window panes, flower paste, sugar paste, colours, cornflour, cutter, rolling pin, personalised house plaque, gingerbread house boards, meringue piped dots, stars and sugar pearls beautifully packed in lovely gift box all sealed with a red ribbon. The perfect treat to make memories made - while hopefully some carol singers drift by, an open fire crackles, snow softly falls at the window and a trio of Labrador puppies softly snore in a basket while laughter is heard around the house while you make your house.

Please note - if you plan to make your house ahead of 2/3 days of delivery- please place the royal icing piping bags and marshmallows in the freezer where they keep perfectly and take 30 mins to defrost, as I don't use preservatives in my products. The gingerbread will keep 2-3 weeks. If you plan to make this over that time, this can be frozen happily too, in an airtight container.
Your house needs to be assembled 24 hours ahead of time to be nice and strong to work on. Please don't skip this step or your house will collapse upon decoration!
